I have not given in my form E yet and I am apprehensive that the other party are going to make a freezing order, can this be done or is it likely?
If the judge asks me... "how will a freezing order affect you" does a freezing order just simply mean I can't sell my business OR does this mean that it may get flagged up by lenders etc... ? I really dont want a freezing order in place just in case if I need to sell to pay back debts that I owe.
