Hi All,
I am turning up to court shortly without filling anything in respect to my Form E. I have been dealing with the childrens matters, allegations of DV and another court case all in respect to the mother - I was give around 3 months to fill out the form.
My question is: What potential reasons have people said previously that went down fine in court?
My other question is: How far back can you push it OR what was the outcome of the court proceeding... I hope there isn't a court order forcing me to do a Form E!
Hi There,
.
I would imagine that if you haven't completed your form E then they would re set the date until it is done, they will need this in order to work out any divide in assets ect.
.
If you are able to get this done before court then I would as it will save a lot of time and stress.
