[Solved] Form c2 for court

Hi all

I've recently applied to court for access to see my kids as my ex is stopping me.

I've just got the court date and paperwork through but it's mentioning about a c2 form. I'm new to all of this so I'm not sure if I need to fill one out and what it is actually for

Can anyone help?

hi,

i would ignore that C2 form:

People other than the child’s mother and father may need to apply to the court. They should complete the form C2 in order to apply for permission to make the application.
