I plan on sending off my application forms for child contact in January can some one please tell me the turn around and how long I'd have to wait roughly for my first hearing, just inquiring as I want to make shore I have the funs for my barrister ready
Think mine was abohth 2 months depends on how busy the court is .
If you’re not already doing so , use a direct access barrister via the direct access portal . Will save you a lot of money

yes estimated at 2 months from time you make application. with mine i submitted like a week before xmas. and first hearing was 31 jan.
