now I got another question for you I hope like previous occasions you will be able to put me on a good track where I will be able to decide something.we got to properties one is marital home who,s all deposit is paid by me and it has double equity than the small one which is on rent who has less equity.in marital home ex and children are living .both are occupied by ex as joint owner she is receiving the rent of the small property as well.can you suggest with the best outcome like which things are going to be considered in the court ?
can someone also tells me what are the jurisdiction prohibited step orders are like jurisdiction of English court or jurisdiction of County court because I am a bit confused about this order

I can't really help with the financial side of things....but I would think that if you are divorcing, the smaller rental property could be sold and the equity shared between you. I would also think you should be entitled to half of the rental income from the smaller property. It's would probably be best to get some legal advice on where you stand.
As far as the PSO, it is a civil order, but without knowing the details of what it is stopping I can't really give you further advice. If it is to stop you from seeing a child for instance, even though it's a civil order the police could get involved if it was broken.
