If I was in your situation right now. I would be taking your s7 report and any relevant information and obtaining a hours advice from a solicitor. this may cost you a small fee . They can advise you wether they can get you better contact and they will cross examine your ex partner and cafcass officer .
It all depends on the history of your case and the past and how you have conducted yourself in family court so far. it seems now a recommendation that hasn't gone in your favour, it may need a solicitor/barrister to represent you for final hearing.

Hi Mike,
Some people were able to hire barrister for £500. Is it not possible at all? Sounds like you really should get one for next hearing.
Update.... so caffcass never turned up to the cross examination... because of this the court said to me they dont think it will make a difference to the out come of the contact order .because I still deny allegations they have chose to believe .(without any evidence) they said the court is basically at a stalemate as caffcass will not send me on a course for DV because I deny it ... so there is no alternative to improve my access ... this is nuts why should I be pressured into admitting something to get the chance to go on a DV course otherwise I dont get any more access so crooked this system
hi,
is there any truth whatsoever to the allegations?
