Hi every one on this forum
I will request every one on this forum to help me out because i am really in v bad cercomstances.
For child cintact order a final hearing is listed in jan 18 .i dont know what will be the possible outcome.but lets say if court allows me for a supervised contac now the prblm i am fscing is in march i have to go back to home country .my dad has some serious health issues and i have arranged some apointments for him in march because hearing was adjurbed from oct to jan.All my question is if i have given a chance and going out soon after the contact will go against me.Actully the problm came when the hearing was adjourned if i knew i could do sooner but unfortunately not now.i would request u to guide me through this process.
2)The 2nd thing is financial relief order .At the moment i have spent £1300 but she doent behave propely
i have instructed a solicitor as well. The back ground is that i have 2 properties in joint names with ex.Unfortunatly she is living in one property and occupied the rnt of the other property as well.So i am living with my sister.Solicitor calculated my equity £40000 in both properties. Then i instructed him to go for small property and leave the big one for children .so in that case i will have about£20000 which is half of my equity.she doesnt pay her solicitors to act on .Now we received a proposal that she keeps the family home and sell the small one as she wants half of the money from 2nd property as well which is toptally unfair. The real problem i am facing is the solicitors cast .He says if he takes the matter to court it could cast me more than 10000 which i cannt afoard.i am really worried that what shall i do if i becom self litigant thn they say these are v complicated. If anyone could advise me that what shall i do and how many hearings are reqired to finish this matter.please note decree absolute for divorce is done in may.
your help will b v meaningful to me.
thnx for your precious time

Hi

I'm not exactly sure what your question is. There are some topics at the top of the legal section which give you an idea of what is involved if you become a litigant in person, plenty on here have done it with some good results, so it is possible, and we can reply to specific questions you may have.

We don't give much advice about divorce as this isn't what this forum is about, and we don't have experience of the legal procedures, but you could have a look a wikivorce which will give you a lot of information about the divorce.
