HI everyone
I got final hearing for a child contact.i got married this summer my question is after divorce i got married and my wife is living abroad and has no plans to come here .can it be a problem in child contact?
Thnx for ur help
Hi John
Are you planning to live abroad with your wife? It would seem unusual that your wife won't be living here, but it would be what you are planning to do that would affect any decisions the court make. Ultimately, the court will try to make you agree before making the final decisions.
Hi
We didnt make any decission yet .As u know i have to meet the requirments of the visa .At the moment im 50 50 but if i have to leave it will happen in 2 yrs time .will it be a problem?
Hi
I think you will need to take specific legal advice on this. Perhaps try to speak to a solicitor. The courts have to take each case individually. I can't see them not allowing contact because of what 'might' or 'might not' happen.
