Hello Everyone.
I have fact finding hearing this month.
I'm representing myself. Couple of questions.
1) In court order its written "The next hearing will be a Fact-Finding hearing at 10:00am on the xx and xx March 2022
before a District Judge with a time estimate of 2 days. This will be an attended hearing and the
parties are required to attend the hearing at 9.00am each day for pre-hearing discussions."
what is the meaning of "pre-hearing discussions" ?? what to expect
2) Do i need to be nice with her solicitor or rude or straightforward ?
3) I don't understand what will happen in 2 days ? will it be 9-5pm ?
4)I live in another city so I have to book hotel near the court and also took two days leave from work anything i can claim ?
Appreciate your replies.
Thanks
xx
