Hi

Is there a contact order in place, and if so, what are the terms in general? Once we have that information, we can ask the CCLC to give an opinion.

Do you know if the boys mother has said anything to the school?

I am not sure they can stop him coming apart from using the private property line - but they must be acting with reason

It can be tricky SM, if there is a contact order which says that contact is only at certain times or is supervised, then it puts the school in an awkward position if the non-resident parent comes to the school, (which is why I was asking if there is a contact order) - in such a case, the school could be covering themselves to make sure they are not breaching a court order.
