HI
In the middle of seperation and ex has produced her bank accounts. My main concern is that while we were married I see child tax credits being paid before we seperated. If she is doing this fraudulently would I be liable if it is wrong she should have these.

Hi
This was when we were married we had seperate bank accounts and this is on the statement . I know for a fact we were not entitled to it, because we were legally married at the time would i still be caught in any tax investigation. I never opened any of her mail when we were married so had no idea this was going on. Also we had seperate bank accounts so never knew what was going on.
