Hello my ex partner has gone into hospital tonight to be induced and she has told me that I can't go to see our new born, I understand I have no right to be in the birthing room with her as it could lead to problems if she get stressed out and I want her to be as comfortable as she can but once our baby is born and sorted out (cleaned up) will I be able to see him or can she stop me from this as well

I think the hospital will simply not admit you if she tells them not to - ultimately, she is their patient and that is their priority, along with the immediate welfare of her child.
