Hi all
I was at court re child access a month ago and was given supervised access until the next court date.
Leading upto the court date my ex was asked to put a statement together which i would then reply to.
Se still hasnt submitted the statement and its over a week since her deadline.
Will this go agaianst her and in my favour at court?
Have you checked with court to see if she has filed it? If she hasn't filed it with them, I would write to the court and let them know that she hasn't filed her statement and as a result, you are unable to write yours. Send a copy to her as anything you send to court, you have to send to the other side.
It won't necessarily go against her but it may slow the proceedings down if the court don't have the requested evidence.

Hmm reading that it sounds like her not filing a statement will infact go against me by making things delayed 🙁
All this is so unfair. Everything she said was made up hence why i think she hasnt put a statement together cause she cant back any of it up
If you write to the court and send a copy to her, it might make her hurry up with it? You can ask the court for new directions in light of her missing statement?
