just had my enforcement hearing infront of different magistrates to the first hearing and once again my ex didnt turn up.
The magistrates have now ordered a final enforcement hearing for next month infront of a district judge.
The legal advisor was good on this occasion and said it seems pretty clear my ex is not engaging in the court process and the district judge is more likely to consider which sanctions to make if any. so another 6 weeks of no contact and no repurcussion for repeatedly breaking the order.
Hi blackadder, I'm sorry to hear your ex didn't turn up and you now have another wait without contact.
You will notice a big difference with a DJ to legal adviser / mags court. They will not tolerate non attendance and should come down pretty heavy.
