Hello guys,

Ex and her lawyers mucking about with contact and I'm getting fed up.

Someone told me I could make an "urgent without notice" enforcement application. I have filled out the form but cannot see this option.

Can someone help me.

Thanks

hi,

i asked my solicitors same questions about urgent/without notice hearing. they said they cant apply for urgent hearing, unless its something very serious, like the child is at risk of harm, or one parent is about to run away with the child.
