Hello I have my daughter every other weekend

As some are aware it's not a good situation on the court order it's I have to drop her back to her it doesnt state her house just to my ex ect and do her homework ECT on my weekends
Her area is really built up really trashy stuff everywhere kids everywhere. Main issue is her other child she's wild mental doesn't listen climbs into my car kicks it bangs it generally annoying and mum just laughs ECT she's pretty bad.

What can I do I've brought it up many times with her saying I can't stop her she's a child ect. I was going to tell her to come down to me down the road but what can she say to that? Also I've fogtten to do all the homework twice 8ve done half but it's all confusing as I don't have any Involvement in the school so when I get homework it's all confusing

Hi there

There's not a lot you can do about the other child, apart form speaking to,the mother.

As far as forgetting the homework, it's your daughters homework and she should know what to do I would have thought. Perhaps you could drop in at the school, or drop them a note and ask if they can put some guidelines in her school bag, to help you to help your daughter with her homework.
