A section 7 was ordered by the judge to be completed by LA who have already been involved , although they appear to be very unhelpful . They are visiting my son next week at his home they have said no one else can be present at his house . He rang the SW today to ask if there were any courses he could go on at all and she said he was trying to point score. She was rude and derogatory to him saying he needed to get his mental health sorted . He was with his probation officer who was appalled about how he was spoken to and she can't understand why the SW is not working with him . He had a meeting arranged to see his sons health visitor a couple of hours later with the SW so said I'll see you this afternoon . No sooner had he put the phone down she rang back and said the meeting was cancelled . We think the report is going to be very unfair and biased . Is there anything we can do and what should we do if it is . The report is due to us 4 weeks before the dra.
hi,
does your son have mental health issues? your son should file a complaint against them. and what kind of allegations were made against your son? also is SW going to re-schedule the meeting that they cancelled?
Only through all this. He is on anti depressents. She has got that information from his ex. Allegations of almost the worst kind after she was arrested for assaulting him she claimed self defence ( even though there were witnesses to thecassault.. No Sw did not reschedule just said his son was fine.
