🙁 hi all dads and good mums, ive a question, if you please, and or advice, ? on going the court route how nasty evil, and or other did your ex get, no holes bared guys i need to no as im going though [censored], thanks
Hi
The fact that you are going to court means that agreement can't be reached and that you are expecting the court to come to a decision, which isn't going to be what everyone wants, so it's not unusual for your ex to make matters worse - she's presumably tried to call the shots and you are going over her head. You may well go through [censored], but plenty of das have done it and come out with a good result, so keep coming back and we'll try to help you get through it.
thanks actd, im in the worst place ive ever been full stop, just trying to see my baby, and its been most of her life, very sad ,
Hi,
Best advice i can give is stay away from the mother, dont antagonise the situation and let court do their job. I have had good results in the past, and i went through [censored],. I caused alot of my own agony but the mother played her part to.
The very best of luck, and hopefully you can get this resolved.
Paul
if only it was that simpel
