Court a couple of days ago . Ex alleges abuse that amongst other things , I pushed her in front of my kids and that
I have said ,to put it politely rude things about her to them .
So we are having to do Scott’s schedules etc and I assume
S7 .
Anyone had any experience Of this 1st hand and how the court approached it. ? Allegations are false but if found to be true as there isn’t any evidence just he said she said what may happen? Interestingly cafcass wouldn’t endorse contact but the magistrates said contact to continue as it is for now ..
hi cityday,
no idea about scotts schedule, but heres info.
cafcass officer on duty can be silly and just randomly ask for fact finding hearing. happened in my first hearing and barrister fought it off.
Hi mate what did your Ex allege ?
Mine relate to behaviour and language in front of the children , sure she will make others . I think a fact finding has been ordered hence the Scot schedules . Trouble is only witness is the kids , they won’t be ask to speak in court obv.. cafcass advised no contact we argued against it and magistrates ordered contact remains for now , so at least they don’t side with them all the time .
