Hi,
I have a child arrangements order and a C61, how do I apply for an enforcement order in Ireland as my ex partner has relocated there with my daughter and is not complying with the order.
Please help.

I don't have any experience with the Irish courts, I'll have a look around and see what I can find out, it it might be helpful for you if you call Reunite. They are experts in child abduction and also cross border problems and may be able to advise you.
