In UK can doctor write anything in medical report for domestic violence ...dont they have concious ness that can become a invalidated proof against someone ??
how to challenge this from victim point of view ...One lapse from doctor costing me thousands of pouds of money which i have save for years after paying tax regullarly ...
My spouse one day went to doctor and gave a statement to doctor of physical abuse and swelling on chin (Anyone who is plumpy chin can claim of being slapped and has swelling) .The docttor has written a report stating DV and everything is intact and light swelling on chin.
Incorrect thinngs done by Doctor /Spouse and Social care in this case are as below
1.Doctor has report DV but there is no complaint to police either by doctor or my spouse.
2.in UK you can go to any GP/doctor and if you state of domestic abuse they will mention this in threir report and that becomes formal document aginst husband
3.Then Social care puts a Stamp with High severity on spouse complaint stating her jaws were broken where in medical report there is no such facts mentioned.
I dint challenge NMO as 99% of the cases it will go against men . i thought i will prove this during fact finding ..and now my wife is leaving the country what are the ways to prove i am innocent in this case ...
