[Solved] Do I still need to pay csa

hi my daughter is 17 18 in December I have payed csa for over 10 years my daughter has left school and now attends collage as and when she feels like it she also has a job I'm not sure of how many hours she works any help at all would be greatly appreciated Thanks

Hi there

If your daughter attends college for more than 12 hours a week and works less than 24 hours a week you would still be liable to make maintenance payments to the mother. Child Maintenance can continue until a child is 20, as long as they are in full time, non advanced education.
