The mother refuses DNA testing and won't allow any access ?

Any body had such difficulty?

Yeah man I've just been through this, so in a nut shell you will need to apply to court (c63) explain about you want a dna test for what ever reason.

Mine still hasn't been done but I got granted declaration of parentage through court with out the ex being there. She missed two hearing.

Its long winded it took me five months. And at a cost but definitely worth it. I got my next hearing for fhdra end of January,

Are you self representing??? If not you might want to submit a C100 form too. But my solicitor sorted all this for me.

Inbox me if you need any help

Hi

You need to attempt mediation before being allowed to submit an application for contact. In the C100 there is a page for the mediator to sign if you can't agree or if she won't attend.

The Declaration of Parentage application can be made without mediation.

Best wishes
