[Solved] Divorce process

Hi,
I have decree nisi being heard in November but unsure of what else I need in place before decree absolute.
I was married for 9 years and have 2 children. Ex was working full time for first 2 years then part time for other 7 once kids were born. We sold the family home and have now both bought new homes. I gave her 72% equity of the family home to enable her to purchase her new home and I had what was left minus all the sale fees, loans, credit cards etc that I paid off. Also loaned her money for her conveyances fees ( which she now refuses to pay back).
I have the kids on average 10-12 nights a month and pay £350 in maintenance (agreed by ourselves following cms calculations).
financially it is a struggle as I still pay half of the kids clubs and school trips and also school uniforms and clothes when with me a well as school meals.
Where do I go in regards to rest of finances on divorce as we both have work pensions but obviously hers is part time hours for 7 years. Is the pension split on just solely the amount of years we were married or the whole pot? I want a clean break once divorce finalised but unsure how to get this.
Any other things I need to do, I can’t afford a solicitor to do this part.

All help appreciated

The CMS calculation is to cover all expenses, so you aren't obliged by them to pay any extra, but it might be worth opening a case with CMS to formalise the amount (costs £20 to open a case) - that way a court won't rule on the child maintenance, and you can stick to the letter of this after the divorce.

I would have thought that the court would have asked for all of the financial requirements before the Nisim but I'm pretty sure they will before the absolute. There are specialist firms that will deal with the paperwork which are much cheaper than solicitors, but make sure you find one through recommendation, and not just off the internet.

Thanks for replying.
Does anyone have any firms they would recommend that deal with the paperwork side rather than a solicitor. There are lots advertised on the internet but don’t want to use one that are not any good
