Unreasonable behaviour is a fairly vague term, and only need one compelling reason. However, has either of you had a new relationship? If so, then technically this is an affair, and that's good enough reason - the person doesn't need to be named in the divorce.

Just wanted to give you an update. I submitted the allocation last week and the ex wife has processed her side aswell.

We are now just waiting to see if the decree nisi will be pronounced and when.

Do you know how long this normally takes?

it should take a couple of weeks.

*Sorry Bill I’ve removed your link to the solicitors, there’s good info but we don’t like to link to commercial business... even though they can give good advice.

Dadforever should find the information in the Advice Now link above.
