[Solved] CSA to CMS

Can someone help me out here.

I have had lots of issues with the CMS messing me about. They misplaced my payments in the system a few years ago and were a nightmare to deal with.

The big question is.

When the CSA stopped. Did we have to make a new claim through CMS ??.

The CSA case was closed ?.

Do the CMS see the old CSA case files ?

When cases are closed by the CSA, they should have written to the parent with care asking if they wannted to open a case with CMS, so generally, cases were transferred. They should have then written to the Non resident parent to inform them of the changes in payments.
