[Solved] CSA to CMA

Hi,
Received my payslip today and found that CMA had applied for a Court Order and deducted £619.31 from my salary. When I contacted my employer they advised that as they had been notified on 5 March of the court Order, they have to comply and can do nothing to stop it. They advised I should contact CMA.
Personally I have not had a good experience talking to CMA. I have tried to explain to them on numerous occasions that there was already an existing court order (via CSA) deducting £309 from my salary and that I have made a voluntary agreement with my ex to pay the additional difference of £119.54 when my case was transferred from CSA to CMA. Surely, when the agencies transferred they should have all my payment details!! I also wrote to them detailing all payments made confirming the arrangement.
What annoys me is that CMA has not notified me that they are applying for a court Order so I could question it or at least defend the case. This month April 2018 I will have paid £738.85 for one child which is going to leave me short making my normal monthly outgoings.
Compounded, CMA staff are not interested in anything else i.e. that I have not been able to see my daughter. The last time I saw my daughter was on12 April 2017 - a year ago. Prior to this I used to have a perfectly good relationship. I used to pick our daughter from school and she spent nearly 6 evenings and of them stayed 4 of those nights with me. This all stopped suddenly like I said a year ago with no explanation. I have tried the usual writing and calling but all my attempts have gone unanswered.
I have sought advice and as my daughter is now age14, I was told the courts would be reluctant to make an order as she is old enough to make her own decision.
I just feel I am being penalised twice, I can not see my daughter and also have to pay high maintenance plus CMA costs. It is not fair.
To top it all, my ex has currently taken my daughter to Philippines.
What do I do?

Hi

You need to contact your local MP or CAB and they will help you deal with the CMS. It will be a lot easier than trying to fight it on your own.
