Good morning
I am new to this site and was wondering if anybody could help or point me in the right direction. My daughter is now 20, I used to pay the CSA through deductions of earnings up to she was 13, her mother and I then agreed to have joint custody, so my ex dropped the CSA as we shared custody. Yesterday I had a letter from the CSM saying I owe my ex £2000, I spoke to the CSM who have told me i owe this money to my ex and have to pay. Please please help
hi,
you should speak to CMS and ask them for evidence, when and how you exactly owe 2000
unfortunately you will have to pay this money. ex clearly hasn't been honest with you. if they are asking for money then this is because ex has rang them
