Hi all,
I just wondered if anyone has contested the CSA on their calculations where the amount of nights a child stays with the parent they dont reside with, comes in?
The reason I ask is that my daughter doesnt stay with me due to certain anxieties. However, I still have her during the day, sometimes as late as 10pm and as early as 9am so a good chunk of day time where I feed her, give her pocket money, buy her clothes and provide for her as any parent would. She has her own room and still uses water, electric etc etc.
Whats more is that her mother doesnt push our relationship at all. She still after 6 years sits back, slags me off and digs where she can and receives my money.
How is it that I still see and provide for my daughter yet I get penalised and treated like a father who never sees or bothers with his kids.
Is it just me or is there something wrong and unjust in that situation? Has anyone contested it at all or can anyone offer advice?
Thanks
