hi.i recently found out my case for paying child support had ended,has my son is now 20 year's old.the case was closed in september 2015.ihave only just been told this.i was hoping there would be money due back to me.could you let me know if this is the case.thankyou.
If the case was closed in Sept 2015, have you been paying on a private agreement with your ex? If so, I would doubt that there is much you can do.
