Hi all , need help , ive been supporting my two girls from the day they was born but my ex didn't tell the benefits agency I was giving her money towards my children, they have sent her numerous letters but no reply but when they send me a letter I reply , this case has been going on for about 17yrs and because I can't provide proof of payment to my ex the csa still want payment, I feel hard done by cause I've given my ex payment , ive been disputing this for the same period, what can I do cause the csa won't listen to me and it feels like I'm just being bullied .
Hi There,
.
It will be very difficult to prove that you paid her if you did this in case which I'm guessing you did, there will be no proof that you did, so in the eyes of CSA you haven't paid anything and you can't prove other wise.
.
You could speak with your local MP, but I do feel that you are fighting a losing battle.
