[Solved] Court Order 2002 - Full time Education

Please can someone advise as I am unsure whether I should still be paying child maintenance for my son, who wants nothing to do with and hasn't done since 2009 with no explanation as to why, has just started university staying in Halls.
My ex took me to court back in 2002 and the court order says "full time education or working full time".
I am currently paying £250 to my ex but as my son is no longer living at home and is entitled to grants should I still be paying as my brother's son is at university and he isn't paying and he is saying I don't have to as university isn't compulsory education.
Thank you in advance for your replies.

Are you paying directly or via the CSA / CMS?

If you are paying directly then you can stop. Uni is classed as advanced full time education and means you are no longer liable to pay.
