Hi everyone

Any help will be v useful .
thnx
You shouldn't have paid another court fee to adjourn unless a C2 form was submitted.
I would call the court to check what was paid for.
A C100 is for the Child Arrangement Order
A C2 is to add another party or issue to the proceedings.
Have a look at form EX160a - I know you can claim court fees back but I'm not sure if there is a time limit on this, again, that is something you can check with the court
Good luck
I think there's a six month time limit on claiming back a court fee, but the solicitors fee will still need to be paid, although if you feel it's wrong, the first thing to do is to discuss it with your solicitor.
I'm not sure you would be able to make a claim for an exemption from the court fee if you are represented by a solicitor anyway.
