Having battled withe the csa for over 5 years, court once already. find they are hitting me with another trip to court. i have to laugh or i'd crack up.i was self employed around 7 years ago. got divorced. she got everything as normal. house money left in the bank as what happens to us men. then i have the csa on my case. always had my 2 girls come stay with me 2 to 3 nights a week without fail. i go into employment and they hit me. saying i earn £32000 a year. i should be so lucky. i started working 25 hours a week on my job pay my tax and ni get my wage slips and p60s. so like a good lad, i send them to them for assesement. wait and wait nothing happens. bang arreas of 6 grand. if you do not pay this we will take you to court. i ring them get passed from pillow to post. they say they are not interested. go to court. all my evidence in front of me to present to the courts.they don't even look at it find me guilty and say i must pay. i say i don't have that kind of money. so out of my £600 a month i pay the £200. i have never missed a payment. that comes out of my wages. i now have received another £1675 in areas and they are taking me to court again. the justice system stinks for us guys. how can this be. they where set up to get the guys who do not pay. not hassle the payers. its all about figures to them. by the way i had 3 visits from the bailifs 3 times. they where not harsh on me and as i live with my partner they couldn't cease her goods thank god.had it not been for her. i'd have called it a day.scary in it.by the way i have just sent a complaint in again the Government ombudsman. all i want is answers.

Is it any wonder why these people cause some to kill themselves. Why don't both parents earnings get taken into account. As daft as it sounds, If one parent has the child three nights instead of four, it can be very expensive.
