she refuses laptop and says can only accept phone and have to pay for data usage. just under 2 weeks of no contact with kids. will not look good on her as cafcass lady recently contacted her and asked her to allow phone contact, without the need for me to hand anything over. section 7 report due in 2 weeks. phone contact has become as crucial as overnight stays now :pinch:
