Hello
I would be grateful if any one could please answer my query
My wife has non molestation and occupation order against me, She has accused me of domestic violence, said to court that I have slapped her a year ago etc, no serious injury or harm she has reported
I have a son who is 4, I dont know what to do, Judge did not accept undertakings, and I am waiting for contested hearing.
I still want to reconcile and in a lot of stress, I just found out that in contested hearing you send bundle of proof to each other, I do not want to go on that road as this would only bring hatred only and even if I win there will be a loss of family home and relationship.
Can some body help me out , Is it possible that I do not go on contested hearing ??
Can I just not attend contested hearing ??
Can I tell the court I do not want to contest it ???
What options do I have, I simply cant imagine cross examining my wife ,
What would happen If I do not provide any thing from my side and just say to the court I dont have done any thing, neither I have any thing to say ???
I would be very thankful to you if you could please guide me in this regard
thanks
