How do I go about getting contact with my daughter?
Hello razorwireq
Thats quite a succinct question to what is an elaborate and complex answer;
Do you have anything else to add? circumstances, context, last seen etc
Hi There,
.
It really depends on the circumstances, whats happened in the passed and what issues you are facing.
.
But in brief, you would firstly need to try and get your ex to attend mediation, even if you have been in the past, the court would expect you to try again before they will hear a case in front of a judge. If your ex either won't go or won't agree to anything through mediation you can then apply to the courts using a C100 for for contact, you can self represent through the court process and we can advise you along the way. If you go to our legal section there are some topics on the 1st page that will help you if you end up in court.
.
That all said if you give us some more detail we will be able to give you more specific advice, remember not to give too much detail as this is an open forum, and can be seen by anyone. Don't use real names or ages or locations ect.
