Hi Yoda. We wrote back to the court within a week of leaving the final hearing as it was leading up to Xmas and the ex was requesting days to be changed etc and deciding the times that suited her. As we didn't have the document by then we write to ask if it when it was written up it could be quite specific as this was the problem we have been faced with all along. We then phoned the courts 3 weeks later to ask when we might receive the document and the lady emailed it that afternoon as it had only just been written up.
The document had several errors in it, including mentioning people that were not ever involved in our case etc. We called the courts immediately and the cleric said to write down all the errors and what we wanted to be potentially added, eg times, holidays etc and they would see what they could do.
We are going to call them the middle of this coming week to see if they have actioned anything. Fingers crossed they do.
