hi,
who determines the extensions of contact centre only visits. The mother is not budging as she wants me to stay in the centre until she trusts me which could be for year. The court did say after 6 visits it will get reviewed and as i see my daughter every 2 weeks this can get looked at within the month...who decides on this, do i have to pay to take this back to court to be looked at again by a neutral body?

Do you have another hearing scheduled? Usually the courts would indicate a time frame like that when there is another hearing due.

You can always speak with the CAFCASS officer assigned to your case.

If court is over and your ex won't agree to next steps, you would have to consider asking the court if they would list a new hearing or make a new application.

You can write to the judge that made the order and ask if they will list another hearing. There's no guarantee they will but it's worth trying as the last hearing was so recent.

Sounds like your ex is playing the same game as mine last year, the courts took a dim view of my ex cancelling contact and not sticking to the order, I like Yoda has suggested wrote to the judge who made the order and requested a hearing and thats exactly what they did within 2 weeks my ex got a little slap on the wrist but it made her play ball.
