Morning all
Im attending yet again another cms tribunal i have been to at least 1 a year since 2013 old csa and new cms... my ex has tried every sinario in the book from divertion of income to variation... i have won everyone although tomorrow im attending yet again she is now after my expenses she has convinced the judge at the last hearing that i use this as a wage can anyone tell me have they had the same experiance and what what was the outcome i am a limited company im a hgv driver and i fall under the hmrc benchmark i also operate under the ir35 rules thanks in advance
doesnt she have anything better to do? do you have an accountant? would be good to get sound advice from them. sounds like nonsense to me. your income is whatever you have left after expenses have been deducted. so your salary and dividends. depends on how your accounts are set up. dont know why expenses are even being considered in this tribunal.
