i have 2 very small children i need help to point me in the right direction social services are involved my ex has stopped me seeing children because i have a new partner but we had to split up because there was violence in relationship on her side she was abusive to me but didnt say anything in the end we were told if the arguing gets worse then if you carry on kids will be taken off both off you so i left im happy in a new relationship but she has gone and told a whole lot off lies now the social services are saying they are going to court to get kids off her i want to fight for them

As social services are involved and are seeking a care order, it might be helpful for you to contact The Family Rights Group. They are experienced in dealing with families that are involved in the care system and will be able to advise you. Here's a link to their website, they have a help line.
