My daughter turn 18 next month. She also has a child of her own now so claims child benefit for her baby. Should I still be paying child support when my daughter claims benefits?

hi,

do you know if your daughter is going to college/a-levels? if she is then you should still be paying maintenance.

as for her claiming benefits, You can ask CMS about this. i have a feeling they will say you still need to pay maintenance regardless. i asked them if my ex works or claims any benefits. they said it doesnt make any difference to what i pay.
