Hey all,
So here is my problem,
Me and my ex partner broke up 6 years ago, since then i have had no contact with my little girl what so ever.
I live in wales now and she lives in weston super mare, recently i have had a attachment to earnings order placed on my wages.
£35 a week i am paying, i am on a 0 hour contract and on a low income, i called them today regarding this problem they are getting a case worker to look into it
But my question is how much should i actually be paying, i haven't seen my little girl in years i have developed mental illnesses due to this too.
What's ever ones opinion ?

according to CMS, child maintenance has to be paid whether you see your child or not. did you make any attempts to see your child over the past few years?
