Been in dispute with CMS due to an (proovable) incorrect calculation. They ignored all statutory rights of appeal and complaint.
They then sort a liability order in a court 150 miles away.
I informed them and the court (as is my right ) to have this moved to a nearer court.... to contest! this was IGNORED and a order was granted.
This I found out today when a notice of enforcement arrived.
The amounts on the liability order are wrong. There own procedures have not been adhered to...
Is there any advice on next steps?
Thanks in advance.
Hi There,
If they aren't accepting your appeal, I would contact your local MP and ask them to look into things for you, I know others have done this and have managed to at least get some communication
