Hi All

Can anyone tell me that if you lose your job for a few months (as an example) do the CSA then charge back payments from the time you stopped working. My ex (she who demands ) has stated that unless I give her money (which I dont have as I am recently unemployed) now then there will be a huge debt to pay once I start work again

Any advice or help would be most appreciated

To the best of my knowledge, they will calculate from the day they are notified of the change of circumstances - your best bet is to ring them directly to ask them, and if you haven't already notified them of the change, then do so immediately.

If you don't get the information, post back here and we'll ask our experts at Child Maintentance Options if they can give an opinion.
