Hi, was wondering if anyone is in a similar situation to me.
I currently have a family based agreement with my ex for our 2 boys. I currently have the eldest (11) 3 nights a week plus 70% of all other holidays and I pay half of all school trips, attend medical appointments, 50% of the school uniform. The youngest now lives with myself, wife and her daughter. He lives with us full time but goes to his mum 4 nights a month.
My ex says that I should still be contributing for both of them. Is this correct?
Last year I had the boys 50% of the time and my ex 43%, the rest the boys went to her friends' houses.
Any help would be great.
hi,
these private arrangements can get messy. try this CMS calculator and it gives you a good idea of what to pay:

in my case, kids live with mum and i spend just 4 nights a month with kids. i pay maintenance while she pays nothing.
