I was shocked to receive a a CMS request
The surnames of the children were not there . Is this normal or is she trying to change the surname .
Also she has put in for the top CMS with no overnights
I want alternate weekends Friday and Saturday night and half the school holidays . All she is saying is on me a week with possibly overnight in the future . And alternate weekends in the future
I understand if there is a dispute the default is 1/7 reduction . Is that right ? How will CMS calculate in this situation:
I also paying PCP and a loan which I can deduct ? Or ask to deduct. All new first application. They don’t say when I should make the first payment ?
Thanks
Sorry I meant to say she is saying for me to see them once a week with overnights . But not agreeing to overnights yet . Possibly in the future . It is all too loose . Saying it will all depend how it goes .
Looks like I need a court order
hi,
yes it will most likely be difficult for you, unless you get a court order stating how many nights the kids live with you. if you send the order to CMS, they will calculate your payments properly. what is PCP?
I'm guessing PCP is a personal contract plan for a car purchase.
that's right without a court order on the exact dates will be a problem for you
The calculation is correct until you actually start having overnights which you aren't at moment. When you do have overnights the problem is will your ex partner allow you to inform CMS especially if its agreed out of court
