My ex took me to court this year filled a c100 form and ticked all six boxes accusing me of child abuse threat of child abduction alcohol and substances and all the rest of the allegations .
I had a court order in place until I went to court and the judge said my daughter is of an age now she can make her own mind up if she wants to see me or not .
So court order was thrown out and from the minute it was thrown out my ex went straight to cms demanding more money . As for allegations Cafcas came to my house and said they were made up and contact should remain .
And my ex is a social worker ffs . Anyone got any ideas what I should do .
I have always paid my way for my daughter. She is 10 years old
Hi there,
CMS will only award her the set amount based on your wage, did you have a private agreement before this happened?
