if i am already paying child maintenance through family agreement can the child maintenance come after me if my ex goes to them??
Hi there,
If you ex goes to CSA/CMS then they will contact you, they won't be able to beck date their request for payment any further back than the date she first makes contact.
How do you make the payments? as long as you can prove you have made payments by way of cheque stubs or bank transfer records then you shouldn't have any issues.
