Hi I been accessed of domestic violence allegations by my ex she went to women refugee centre she told them I was beating her and threatened her. They took her away with my three minor children don't know there where about please
Advice I didn't see my kids for 9 weeks will I still get access by going to court to see my children? She met me two times after she left the house she not told me her adress she brought the kids to see in train station second times it was in KFC after last meeting she said don't contact me anymore regarding anything she said I connot see the kids because there was domestic violence. But why she brought the kids two times after the break up ? When she left the house after 6 days she been in relationship with my neighbour I took her facebook page screen shot to show for judge to disprove her domestic violence allegations. My question is will I get access too see my kids? never been asked or arrested by police no bad history just she did this don't know why might be because of her new lover please advise regarding my matter anybody been the same situation please share it as I am very uncomfortable about the court out come will I get access or not? Thanks
I'm not sure that the court will deal with contact issues, as it's a DV case, but if the court want to put a non molestation order in place, you can try asking the judge to make allowances to arrange contact with your children within the order.
Once the DV case is over you can make an application to court for a seek and find order and a Child Arrangements Order for contact, although they probably won't reveal her address, you wouldn't need it to arrange contact through the court, this could take place in a contact centre.
